Government Requirements

The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act contains a provision, Section 4205, requiring mandatory nutrition labeling for food sold at chain restaurants and similar retail establishments with over 20 locations nationwide.

Non-impacted restaurants can voluntarily enroll in the program and comply with its provisions. Ask us for more details if you are interested.
